Basic level Thai food that can be found anywhere across the country. The spicy garlic edamame was the best thing we tried. The lunch combo salad was sad and just had a prepackaged ranch sitting on it. Single can sodas for sale didn’t appear to have cocktails, so beverage program is a disappointment. The service was impeccable though, super friendly and anticipated our needs. Overall the quality matches the price and the quantity is more than generous. I would recommend to people that like basic Thai food.

I've been into many restaurants serving Calamari however for the 1st time ever this place/restaurant got my taste. It is really good, tasty, soft and the flavored is excellent for me. I got the green curry with all meat beef, chicken, shrimp with fried rice(next time they don't pair good together) my bad. Green curry is not that spicy which is perfect for me. Hubby got the beef salad he said not thats bad which mean it's okay for his taste. The flavor is over power of spices for him, which each one of us has different taste. The place for me is cute and romantic, clean and staff friendly. Like our server is gave him 25% of tip. Its a little bit pricey than other Thai food for me. Well everyone deserves little something its Father's day.

Not going to lie, I really wanted to like this place more, but everything ended up feeling pretty average. If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be mid. I’ve had better Pad Thai at a lot of spots around the area, and the Pad Thai here at Chef Eddy’s just felt like it was missing something. Honestly, I didn’t want to finish my Pad Thai, but I already bought it so I don’t want to waste food or money. The Lobster Pad Thai was overloaded with sauce and didn’t have nearly enough noodles, while the combination Pad Thai was the opposite, more noodles but not enough sauce. It just felt inconsistent across dishes when it should be pretty balanced. The fried calamari was honestly the highlight for me, that was the one thing I really enjoyed. The fried gyoza was fine, nothing special. I also asked about sushi, and none of the servers seemed to understand what I was asking, and it was a little hard to understand them as well. There’s a lit up “Sushi” sign outside, so I’m not sure if they used to serve it or not, but it doesn’t seem like they do anymore. Overall it’s not a bad place, just overrated in my opinion.

[reposting from my FB review] Thai street food by Chef Eddy- 5/5 ⭐️!! This was absolutely delicious! Our server was so incredibly kind and attentive. I asked her to help us curate our meal so my friends and I could experience the restaurant’s best dishes, and she nailed it! Appetizers: We started with Kanom Jeeb, Tiger Cry Steak, and Spicy Garlic Edamame. The steak was well-marinated and tender. It tasted great dipped with the sauce, but also in its own too. The edamame was simple and always a classic to get the appetite going. The Kanom Jeeb had such a soft, velvety pork and shrimp mince (very similar to siu mai) wrapped and steamed in a dumpling wrapper. It made for a delightful mouthfeel, especially after dipping in their slightly spicy, salty sauce! Soup: We ordered the shrimp Tom Yum at medium spice (level 2), and it was incredibly flavorful. I love a good hot and sour combo, and the lemongrass was prominent. It was a little salty for my taste (I believe I just personally have a lower salt tolerance), but I poured a bit of my hot lemon green tea into the bowl to dilute it, and it was perfect. Great food here at chef eddys - had catered sushi here for a big party with 4 sushi boats and the hostesses were great giving us some Thai tea while we waiting and sharing in our love for the Thai herb inhalants! We came back to try more of their menu - had the pineapple fried rice and that was good could smell the wok hay, and also had the whole fried red snapper. Snapper was pretty over cooked but it was deep fried and the sauce made everything come together. Would definitely come here again to try more Thai dishes, wish they had khao soi though and more available dessert options. This place is always busy when I swing by don’t miss it!
